This enema bag is probably the best out of the money that I’ve had. Made out of safe materials, durable, and well-made, and all the parts are easy to clean and sit out to dry after each use. I read in some of the previous reviews about how long the hose takes to dry out. It really has nothing to do with the specific hose hoses in general. Take a long time to dry out. When drying the hose out after use, I have found that if you find a way to hang it so that one and is hanging low and the other one is straight up and down so the hose is hung straight up and down. You will get the best airflow and this is the best way to get it to try out. I use a wooden clothes hanger to hold the top and then hook the clothes hanger to some thing. It’ll dry out easily in a couple hours. If you hang it by the middle so that both ends are down there is no draft no air will barely flow through that. But like I said before this product is excellent hands-down. I would buy it again and again.

I bought this because I intend to do a series of liver and gallbladder flushes. However I have not even gotten as far as cleaning my colon - even though I am now dealing with faecal impaction I am feeling much better due to the sheer amount of toxicity a single plain water enema removed from my body.
I was sweating and shaking but the relief of detoxifying is difficult to put into words. I have new energy and more hope for the future. I feel like for the first time in my life I'm actually in control of my health. Thank you

This is the second Aussie bag that I have purchased . I had moved last year and opted to get a new one. I have been doing cleanses for years. Not just to cleanse but because I really struggle with IBS-C and good sensitivities . I have tried everything and coffee enemas work beat for me. I don’t tolerate colonics well anymore. I do them pretty regularly and get the relief I need. I am being tested this week for SIBO go see if there is a gut imbalance as well as a food allergy test but I love knowing that when I don’t feel well I at least have this.

I recently got rid of my bucket as the release valve cracked and coffee was leaking out of the tip. So I went back to the bag.

Tip: make sure you run liquid through the tube before you hang the bag . I learned the hard way and wound up with colon full of air that wouldn’t let go of the liquid and had a lot of intestinal cramping. Don’t do that !!!

I don’t like that I have to do enemas so often but until I find out what’s causing these issues , and since I’m getting so much relief, I will keep on with the protocol.

I have been using this product for about 2 years, and has been used many times. It is easy to fill, use and clean, and it is made from good materials. I regularly fill the bag right to the top and have measured this amount of water to be 3 US quarts. I always fill it thus and usually it all goes in, if I take my time.
To support the use of the kit I have made a simple bench to lie on while working the system, made from a piece of plywood cut and finished to about 20 inches wide by 4 feet long, mounted on collapsible legs as bought from the hardware. I top this with a padding of towels for comfort. A small towel at the foot end to catch any leaks. (I hardly get any leaks)
The insertion tip I found to be a little abrasive upon entry. I took a sharp paring knife and squeezing the tip at the opening I eased the sharp edges slightly. It is now much easier to get in.
I find that I can get a complete fill and empty in about 1/2 hour, maybe longer, it depends on how receptive my colon is. I usually fill twice. A whole session takes about 1 1/2 hours with set up and clean up. I play calming music throughout and this whole process becomes like a meditative experience.
Post enema, I have a sense of well being, a sense of clarity or mental sharpness. Long term, I am looking for better transit times, stronger musculature, improved bowel health, better lymphatic drainage and lowered blood pressure.
I am combining the use of enema's with fasting and cleansing activities as well, using the methods outlined by Dr Bernard Jensen (easily located online, get the book)
I do my session once a day for about 5 days with herbs taken orally, then lay off. This is intended to prevent me from washing out too much of my biome. I takes a while to form a stool after this series, and I find I need to restock using probiotics after the round
