Return & Refund Policy
Please Note: All products from CellCore Biosciences™, Nature Wins, and PureLife Enema are non-returnable and non-refundable. These suppliers create high-quality health products and supplements with the goal of restoring hope and wellness. Due to the nature of these products—and for sanitary and safety reasons—refunds are not offered once the items leave the warehouse. All shipments are sent with tracking to ensure successful delivery.
The return and refund policy for all other products is written at the bottom of each product's page. Please use our Online Contact Form within 30 days of the delivery date to request assistance with returning other products, provided the product is eligible for return.
Chargeback Abuse Policy
We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.
However, chargebacks filed before contacting us through our official Online Contact Form will be considered fraudulent.
Customers must make a good faith attempt to resolve any issue with their order by reaching out to us directly via our Online Contact Form before filing a chargeback with their payment processor and must wait to hear back from us within 2 business days. Failure to do so prior to initiating a chargeback may result in the dispute being reported as fraudulent activity to the relevant payment processor and authorities.
Shipping Liability and Carrier Claims
ImmuneBoostNaturals.com and all of its suppliers, including CellCore Biosciences, PureLife Enema, and Nature Wins, are not responsible for any damage, delays, loss, or theft that occur during transit. All claims for such issues must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If a package is deemed ineligible for a claim or if a claim is denied, neither ImmuneBoostNaturals.com nor its suppliers are responsible for providing compensation.
Cancellations:
All orders that have been transmitted to our warehouses cannot be cancelled.
Order Changes:
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we're often unable to cancel or change orders once they've been submitted.
Note: Due to fulfillment procedures, we're unable to pack multiple orders in a single shipment. Orders will be packed separately, though it's likely they'll be delivered at the same time.
