Shipping Liability and Carrier Claims

ImmuneBoostNaturals.com and all of its suppliers, including CellCore Biosciences, are not responsible for any damage, delays, loss, or theft that occur during transit. All claims for such issues must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If a package is deemed ineligible for a claim or if a claim is denied, neither ImmuneBoostNaturals.com nor its suppliers are responsible for providing compensation.

CellCore Orders

ImmuneBoostNaturals.com offers FREE shipping within the USA for all CellCore Biosciences™ product orders.

We only ship CellCore products to the USA and Canada.

International shipping is available to Canada only, with rates calculated at checkout based on order value.

For orders under $500 that exclusively include CellCore products and are shipping to any of the 50 US states, you can choose Expedited 2-Day shipping. This option is available for a flat fee of $10.95. CellCore Biosciences reserves the right to select the carrier on all Expedited 2-Day orders.

Note: We are unable to offer Expedited 2-Day Shipping to domestic PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure timely delivery of your Expedited orders. US territories and outlying islands do not qualify for 2-Day Shipping.

CellCore Biosciences™ strives to ship all products within 1-3 business days on all orders received. CellCore ships from two warehouses across the United States, as well as limited product from their Idaho and Florida offices. Please note that high order volume can lead to extended shipping and processing times.

CellCore Orders' Processing & Transit Time

Standard non-bulk orders received by 6am EST, will be processed the same day plus 2-5 business days transit time with the carrier (domestic). Non-bulk orders are defined as orders under 75 units and do not have any bulk packs included.

Expedited 2-Day, non-bulk orders received by 12PM EST, will process the same day. Orders received after 12PM EST will process the next business day. Expedited orders offer 2 business days transit time with the carrier (domestic).

Note: We are unable to offer Expedited 2-Day shipping to domestic PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure timely delivery of your expedited orders. US territories and outlying islands do not qualify for 2-Day shipping.

General Processing & Transit Time Information

Estimated shipping times visible during checkout do not take processing time into consideration and are not always guaranteed or insured by the carrier or the supplier. If shipping estimates are inaccurate, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim with the carrier.

Important - We are seeing delays across the board by all carriers, and delivery dates are sometimes being underestimated. If your delivery date has passed, please be aware, your package is still in transit and will be delivered soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do not refund shipping costs due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

CellCore’s system automatically sends orders to their warehouses as soon as they're placed. This means they can’t make changes or cancel orders once they’re submitted.

Before placing your order, please carefully review your cart, payment method, selected shipping option (Economy or Expedited 2-Day Shipping), and shipping address to ensure all details are correct.

Additionally, please note that some of our other suppliers may also have similar policies and might not be able to change or cancel orders after they have been submitted.

ImmuneBoostNaturals.com ships CellCore Biosciences™ supplements to all states, protectorates, and territories in the USA, and to all provinces in Canada.

We do not ship to any other international destinations at this time.

Please note that CellCore Biosciences is the only brand we currently sell on ImmuneBoostNaturals.com.

CellCore Orders' International including Canada Information:

ImmuneBoostNaturals.com currently ships CellCore Biosciences™ products to the USA and Canada only.

We do not ship to any other international countries at this time.

However, other authorized online CellCore suppliers may offer international shipping options outside the USA and Canada.

Orders outside of the U.S. are initially shipped by Passport Global, Inc. Packages may be transferred to your country’s local carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order.

We currently offer standard shipping for all international orders, we do not offer expedited shipping internationally.

The total threshold for international orders is set at $2,500 USD per order, including shipping costs, duty and tax fees.

Product quantity limits for international orders are capped at a 90-day supply per product.

  • The 90 day supply limit is determined by the label on the product and the standard dosing listed. This is what customs reviews when determining product limits.
  • Duty/Tax fees will are collected up front at time of order, to ensure your shipment can seamlessly be delivered.
  • We currently offer standard shipping for all international orders, we do not offer expedited shipping internationally.
  • Certain case pack and bundled products that exceed the international product quantity limits of a 90 day supply and a total order limit of $2500 including shipping costs, will not be available for purchase by international customers.

Please Note:

Returned international shipments will be issued the proper refund minus 30% which covers the return shipping charge CellCore Biosciences incurs to reclaim the product.
