Phosphatidylcholine Complex 1,200mg – 210 Softgels – Enhanced Version of Sunflower and Soy Lecithin - Non-GMO, Made and Tested in the USA to Support Brain Health by Double Wood Supplements

Phosphatidylcholine Complex is a key component of cells. Not only is it found in every cell within the human body but it is vital to cell membrane health and function. Supplementing with additional PC may provide a number of benefits. Increased PC levels help protect neurons, promote cognitive function, keep the brain healthy as it ages, and support liver health. It also increases levels of choline and acetylcholine in the brain. Many consider Phos Choline to be an enhanced version of sunflower and soy lecithin as it is derived from lecithin. Its effects are also comparable to Alpha GPC choline in the sense that it helps boost levels of Acetylcholine in the brain. Our Phosphatidylcholine Complex softgels are gluten free, non-gmo, and are made / tested right here in the USA.

Great memory supplement

I have been taking choline for nearly a year now. It has been one of my favorite supplements because it truly has sharpened my long and short term memory. As an older engineer, I need to have a sharp mind for my work. My wife takes it as all. As another health professional, her memory skills are vital for her job as well.

Helps

I have tried and used a number of supplements to try to clear out the brain fog. As an older man and my seventies is an important to keep my brain working actively and sharply. I have tried as I've said other supplements with some success. Phosphatidyl serene would be one. And I think that you can Plateau on these things where they don't work as well as they once did. So I'm using this one and I am I think having some success with it. And it is starting to clear out the brain fog. One of the things you have to consider when you take supplements is that it may take a little while for it to get in your system so it starts to activate. You can't take one of these supplements, for example glucosamine chondroitin for joint support which took me 6 months before I felt any good results. But you can't take these things and expect results in a day or two generally. It has to stack inside your body to where you get enough of it in there where your body starts to change something for the better. And I think this is true of this supplement. But I believe that phosphatidylcholine can help me regain some of my memory and retention and quick thinking which I generally have. So, so far so good. And I will update as time goes by. But this is showing promise for me and I'm already beginning to think a little more clearly. And quickly.

Stay mentally sharp

I've been taking Phosphatidylserine or Phosphatidylcholine for several years now, and as a college instructor in my 70s with lots of grading, I really don't think I could function successfully without it. I don't know which form is better, but this really helps with mental focus.

Essential prenatal supplement

Be warned, these are large pills. However, they effectively provide a much-needed prenatal supplement. My wife takes one every few days and I sneak one in a couple of times a week, since we eat mainly plant-based and likely have diets deficient in choline.

Simple prevention

Science suggests this is for cognitive health and has anti stress elements as well. It’s a plus that it’s easy to swallow. No noticeable differences as of yet However brain nutrition is typically not something you see overnight. I’m satisfied and for the small investment, it is worth it for this preventative measure.
