To be honest I had zero expectations about it but it really works. It took all the oil from my skin. Of course if you stay with it not moving around on your skin you Will hurt it - if you just do the same with your fingers it would hurt as well. So I really recommended it! What a good surprise.

Using this is very satisfying in an odd kind of way. I have oily skin, and get the occasional pimple even at close to 40 years old. It did not leave any marks on my face even on full suction with the smallest cup attached. The amount of dead skin/oil that this has removed in three short sessions was impressive. I bought this one because it was cheap but I feel like it could have more suction. Maybe I’ll try a more expensive one after I get some use out of this one to see if they’ve got anymore suction. Having a wet face and moving fast works for me. If you want cheap and functional I’d recommend this one based on my results.

Pros:
-it does work, and it works really well.
-it is lightweight, and doesn't have to be plugged in straight out of the box.
-if you're a little on the disturbed side, you can count it a pro that because of the clear tip, you can see what it has pulled out.
-it's easy-ish to clean. I used a wet wipe and qtips, and then I'm going to soak the tips in rubbing alcohol.

Cons:
-even though it works, you have to go over each spot multiple times.
-I didn't notice it making a difference on my deeper spots.
-it does not come with cleaning instructions, or instructions at all. Thankfully, it's easy to figure out, but that is a con. Especially on the cleaning part.
-it also does not come with any kind of cleaning tool, so you'll have to improvise. Good luck.

Following the directions is important to get the most from this vac. You need to open your pores! If you use it on cold, closed pores of course it won't work ideally. That is not the products fault, but the users!

Some things I have found that may be useful to you: Wash your face with good soap and hot water first. Do not apply warm or cool water, because that will close your pores quickly. When you just get out of a hot shower is perfect, too. With your pores open, and face slightly wet (for lubrication) use one hand to pull your skin taught while using the other to operate the tool. Then begin on whatever the most tolerable vacuum level you decide. I go right to level 3 most times. Apply the tip to your target area, and gently "rake" up and down, allowing the water to help the tip glide and prevent abrasion. Raking up and down with the tip angled into the area allows the radius on the tip to mobilize the blackhead and oils behind it, kind of like how you squeeze out a toothpaste tube.

When it becomes dry, use hot water to lube your skin again, and just keep raking it in various locations. You will eventually end up with a big pile of crud inside the tip. It's amazing, and disgusting, yet addictive to use because it is so effective!

Charging with a USB wall-plug in my bathroom. Good battery life: has never stopped or slowed while I've used it.

The only complaint I have is the ergonomics, and where they placed the control button. Due to the button location, I have accidentally changed suction levels during use. The way it fits in my hand most comfortably places my thumb right on the control button.

Great price, fun and effective tool for your face routine! Hands-down better than the pore-strips, in my opinion.
