1. How often can I complete the Liver Support Kit?

As often as needed or as suggested by your healthcare practitioner. There is no time limit for taking the products in this kit, but we recommend rotating between different products, kits, steps and/or phases after a few months to provide the body with support in different areas.*

2. Can I do the Liver Support Kit before doing Step One or Phase One of the Foundational Protocol or Comprehensive Protocol?

Yes you can. However, the Liver Support Kit is formulated for enhanced drainage support.* Completing Step One of the Foundational Protocol or Phase One of the Comprehensive Protocol is first recommended to ease into supporting drainage.* Completing these steps beforehand further supports the body’s natural drainage processes before encouraging periods of deeper cleansing.* If you wish to introduce the Liver Support Kit before completing the first step or phase of the protocols, it’s recommended to begin with half the dosing and work your way up to the recommended dosing as your body allows.

3. Can the Liver Support Kit cause detox symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this kit support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, gas, and headaches.* This varies from person to person. If detox symptoms occur, please speak with your healthcare practitioner to make adjustments. All capsules can be opened and combined with juice or water if needed.

4. Should the supplements in this kit be taken with or without food?

For full potency, we recommend taking the supplements away from food. However, sensitive individuals can take any of our supplements with meals (with the exception of Para 1, which should always be taken a minimum of 20 minutes before food). Patients can also take the supplements with meals if it helps with convenience.

5. Do the supplements in this kit interact with any medications?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement to your routine. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.
