How It Works
CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE
Choose whether you are going to do a 3, 5 or 7-day Full Moon Challenge. Will you increase your focus for one day, two days, or three days before and after the full moon? Including the actual day of the full moon that will add up to either 3, 5 or 7 days.
Challenge Dosing
DRAINAGE PATHWAYS
Before starting patients on the Para Kit, it’s imperative to ensure their drainage pathways are moving well. This means 1-3 bowel movements per day and the ability to sweat. We recommend adding intestinal moving herbs (such as Bowel Mover) or lymphatic drainage herbs (such as LymphActiv) to increase their drainage support, especially if the patient is prone to constipation.
DOSING GUIDELINES
Increase your usual dose of Para 1, Para 2, Para 3 and BioToxin Binder. For example, if you chose a 5-day Full moon challenge it would look like this:
Current Dose: Current Dose: 2 caps twice a day of Para 1 and Para 2, 10 drops three times a day of Para 3, and 1 cap three times a day of BioToxin BinderAdded Dose: Take 2 extra Para 1 and Para 2, 10 extra drops of Para 3, and 1 extra BioToxin Binder each time you take the products

NEW TO THE CHALLENGE
The 5-day and 7-day Full Moon Challenges aren't recommended for people who are brand new to cleansing. Immediately jumping into high doses of the supplements in the Para Kit may cause unwanted reactions to naturally promoting the body’s ability to detoxify.
We recommend focusing on drainage support and one of the beginner kits (such as the Jumpstart Kit), Foundational Protocol, or Comprehensive Protocol before promoting periods of deeper cleansing during a Full moon.

1. Can the Para Kit cause detox symptoms?
Since all of the supplements in this kit support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, gas, and headaches. This will depend on the individual and varies from person to person.
If detox symptoms occur, please speak with your healthcare practitioner to make adjustments. All capsules can be opened and combined with juice or water if needed.
2. Can patients take additional supplements with this kit?
Yes. Patients are encouraged to take other supplements alongside this kit to further support the body’s natural detoxification, drainage processes, and a healthy gut terrain, such as Bowel Mover and CT-Biotic. *
3. Should the supplements in this kit be taken with or without food?
For full potency, we recommend taking the supplements away from food. However, sensitive individuals can take any of our supplements with meals (with the exception of Para 1, which should always be taken a minimum of 20 minutes before food). Patients can also take the supplements with meals if it helps with convenience.
4. Do the supplements in this kit interact with any medications?
Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement to your routine. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.
5. How often can I complete the Para Kit?
The Para Kit can be done in shorter periods (3, 5, or 7 days) each time a full moon occurs, which is 12 times per year.
