1. Can the Stomach Support Kit cause detox symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this kit support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, gas, and headaches.* This will depend on the individual and varies from person to person. If detox symptoms occur, please speak with your healthcare practitioner to make adjustments. All capsules can be opened and combined with juice or water if needed. 

2. Do any of the supplements in the Stomach Support Kit have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

CT-Biotic is recommended to take with meals for optimal digestion and absorption. All of the other supplements in this kit are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if you’re sensitive to any of the ingredients, take them with meals. 

3. Do the supplements in this kit interact with any medications?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement to your routine. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

4. Is this kit safe for children or during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Yes, this kit is safe for children at a lower dose. Since these supplements are gentle on the system, this kit can also be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding. However, for children and women during pregnancy/breastfeeding, we recommend working with a healthcare practitioner closely while taking products.

5. What time of day should I take the supplements in the Stomach Support kit?

CT-Biotic is recommended to take with meals for optimal digestion and absorption. The rest of the supplements can be taken at any time of day. 

6. How often can I complete the Stomach Support Kit?

As often as needed or as suggested by your healthcare practitioner.

There is no time limit for taking the products in this kit, but we recommend rotating between different products, kits, steps and/or phases after a few months to provide the body with support in different areas.
